Then I started a new game with the infection turned off. And still, he got infected after unlucky fight. It was not a normal infection because each time I killed him, he turned into zombie. There is a 25% chance of zombification if zombies cause the laceration. What I suggest is a fourth option: Saliva only. This way means that the player can't get infected with scratches, only bites. The knox infection will appear as "infected" on a wound, the same way a regular infection does. You cant tell the two apart on the menu itself, but you CAN'T be infected without a bite, scratch, or laceration from a zombie. So while there's no direct indication on the menu, you can figure it out with context.Custom Sandbox allows the player to adjust the game settings to the way they like.
